How do I change my email?

If you have lost access to your email account that you used for registration in HashFlare, made a typo when registering or just want to switch emails, you can change the email address linked to your account by submitting a request to our support. 

Here is the form that you need to fill in order to request an email change: 

  1. Account Details:
    1.1. Screenshot of your account's History 
    1.2. Email
    1.3. Wallet addresses
    1.4. First Name
    1.5. Last Name
    1.6. Company (if present)
    1.7. VAT Code (if present)
    1.8. Address 1
    1.9. Address 2
    1.10. City
    1.11. Region
    1.12. Country
    1.13. Postal Code

  2. Payment information:
    2.1. Information about past purchase(s): invoice ID, quantity of purchased hashrate, price, payment method
    2.2. Balance
    2.3. Hashrate
    2.4. Pool allocation

  3. New email address

In order to speed up the process, please copy the above form, paste it to your request and fill it in as much as you can, before submitting the request! 

Warning! Changing the email address will temporarily block withdrawals for 2 weeks due to security precautions.
